Shipping & Delivery
Our postage & packing is £3.95 no matter how much you purchase. Our products are mailed in eco-friendly recylable packaging. We usually mail within 3-5 working days but during the COVID outbreak we are mailing sameday or next day as the are so many delays with the postal system, so we are at least reducing those delays our end! We send second class Royal mail, if you would like any other service pleas advise us by email or phone, it's no problem at all. All items arrive wrapped in tissue (there's no need to ask for this) and we also have bee-spoke gift boxes & a gift-wrap service if you would lke something a little more special.
We would be delighted to create something special for you, a new product or a product we have that you would like labelled for someone special- 'Tom's Stubble Salve' 'Kiss Me Kate' 'Rosie's Lip Balm'. Bee-spoke ideas like this are lovely for Wedding favours & add something unique to a day that's already very special. We are happy to create one or two hundred of whatever you please, so get in touch if this is something you'd like to discuss.

Looking After The Planet
REFILL SERVICE If you would like your tin refilled please send it back clean & we will do the rest. We can refill with any product, simply purchase the product on the website and leave a note to say you are sending your tin(s). You will receive a 5% discount voucher as a thank you from the bees. Please note roller oils can be refilled instantly but there may be a wait of we are not making your requested salve/balm that week- however, iit will be fresh from the stove when you do receive it!
Here at The Happy Hive we are trying hard to look after the environment our products are packaged in tin & glass and we try to keep away from plastic as much as possible. Our gift boxes are card and our outer layers for posting are bio-degradeable. We are more than happy to recycle any product containers if you would like to return them. At The Happy Hive HQ we are a bit obsessive about environmental issues in our day to day living too, we are a recycle, re-use, compost family who enjoy growing our own and the HQ is run with the help of solar electricity & air-source energy- every little bit helps!
To reduce waste we generally produce three sizes of products, 15ml, 30ml and 70g. The tin sizes are approximately: 15ml: 42mm x 16mm, 30ml: 55mm x 20mm and 70g 70mm x 25mm.
Tins are filled by hand and whilst we have strict quality control, every tin will be different, that is part of the charm of handmade products.
Our Rollers are 10ml glass bottles approx 8.5cm tall & 2cm diameter.
Our Seed packets are approximately 90mm x 60mm.
Our Gift boxes are approximately 167mm x 167mm x 34mm.
We reserve the right to change sizes without notice. Sizes may vary.

We have complete confidence in our products, but if you are unhappy, we are unhappy- so please get in touch & we will sort out what ever the problem might be.

Our Refund Policy:
If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a refund or a replacement.
Please note that due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns of used and opened products. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
You can return a product by mail for a full refund within 28 days of the date of delivery if the product is still in its original condition. Postage is payable by you unless the item is defective or the fault is ours. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us & retain your Proof of Postage, just in case we don't receive the returned parcel.
